Hi, I'm Megan
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you as you navigate change, growth, and healing.

I work with adults and couples, tailoring each session to your specific needs, goals, and strengths. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, to create a personalized and flexible approach that truly fits you.

I support clients through life transitions such as career changes, breakups, identity shifts, parenthood, and medical diagnoses, as well as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in couples therapy, with a focus on communication and connection.
I’m licensed in New York and Massachusetts and offer virtual sessions to provide flexibility, comfort, and accessibility. Whether you’re ready to begin or just exploring your options, I’d be honored to connect with you.
Megan's Story
Megan grew up in St. Louis, Missouri with her family and two cats. After college on the East Coast, Megan moved to New York City where she grew passionate about finding effective tools to support mental health. Her passion developed from working in a pro-bono legal setting and with those experiencing houselessness in New York City.
Megan graduated from Columbia University with a master’s degree in clinical social work and policy. She started off by working for a substance use outpatient with Wise Mind. Megan was inspired by Lexi’s mission to create a team of passionate mental health providers to offer support to people pursuing their goals and creating the life they desire.
Megan now lives in Palo Alto, California, and works as a grief and bereavement clinical social worker in the hospital setting as well as with Wise Mind as a therapist. Megan is looking forward to providing quality mental health support as a team member of WMC
